Would you like to know where your parcel is?

The easiest way to find out is to click on the "Track & Trace" link in the shipping confirmation email.

In this email, you will also find the name of the shipping service provider that is carrying your parcel and the tracking number.

By clicking on the name, you will be taken directly to the tracking page of our logistics partners DPD, GLS, DHL and Schenker. For Schenker, please select "Search for a specific reference" and choose "Consignee reference" from the drop-down menu.
