The 0.5mm PVC pond liner is a homogeneous plastic sealing membrane based on plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P). It is very well suited for sealing ponds, natural swimming pools and water basins.

We use Sikaplan WP5140-05H plastic sealing membranes from Sika Deutschland GmbH, Kornwestheimer Str. 103-107, 70439 Stuttgart (info@de.sika.com) as the base layer for our pond liner.

We join these 2m wide strips for you using an automatic hot wedge welding process to the width and length you require.

- Material thickness: 0.50 mm ±5%
- Weight per m²: 0.600 KG ±0.06kg/m²
- Tensile strength: >15.0 N/mm² according to ISO 527-1/3/5
- Push-through resistance of a 5 cm diameter punch: >500 N ≙ 50 kg
