Easycontact S30 bonds a wide variety of materials, including wood, metal, rubber, fabric, most plastics, polyethylene, and concrete. Zettex S30 is ideal for bonding applications requiring high initial tack. It is also highly heat-resistant and has an open time of several hours when protected from contamination. Some vinyls contain high levels of plasticizers, which can migrate and reduce the adhesive's strength.
If in doubt, please test first!

Not suitable for XPS/ESP.

Applications:
Apply an even layer of S30 to both surfaces with 80-100% coverage. One surface should be coated horizontally, the other vertically.
The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and dust.
Easycontact S30 is touch-dry in two minutes under normal conditions. Bonding can begin once the adhesive feels "touch-dry".
High humidity and low temperatures cause the S30 to dry less quickly.
Once the two surfaces are joined, apply even pressure to the part being treated. Start in the center and work outwards. A pressure roller provides the best results. Complete curing takes 24 hours.

Anwendungen:

Tragen Sie eine gleichmäßige Schicht S30 auf beiden Untergründen mit einer Abdeckung von 80-100% auf. Eine Fläche sollte dabei horizontal die andere vertikal bestrichen werden.
Der Untergrund muss sauber, trocken, fett-, öl- und staubfrei sein.
Easycontact S30 ist unter normalen Bedingungen in zwei Minuten berührungstrocken. Wenn sich der Kleber „berührungstrocken“ anfühlt, kann die Bindung vorgenommen werden. 
Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und niedrige Temperaturen sorgen dafür, dass der S30 weniger schnell trocknet. 
Sobald die beiden Oberflächen zusammengebracht sind, üben Sie gleichmäßigen Druck auf das zu bearbeitende Teil aus. In der Mitte beginnen und nach außen arbeiten. Eine Andruckrolle liefert die besten Ergebnisse. Die vollständige Aushärtung dauert 24 Stunden.
