Easycontact S30 bonds a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, rubber, fabric, most plastics, polyethylene and concrete. Zettex S30 is ideal for bonds that require high initial tack. Zettex S30 is also very heat resistant and this product has an open time of several hours, provided it is protected from contamination. Some vinyls contain a large amount of plasticizers, which can migrate and reduce the adhesive's bond strength.

Applications:

Apply an even layer of S30 to both substrates, ensuring 80-100% coverage. One surface should be coated horizontally, the other vertically.
The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and dust.
Easycontact S30 is touch-dry in two minutes under normal conditions. Once the adhesive feels “touch-dry,” bonding can take place.
High humidity and low temperatures will slow down the drying time of S30.
Once the two surfaces are brought together, apply even pressure to the part. Start in the middle and work outwards. A pressure roller will yield the best results. Full curing takes 24 hours.
