The 2.0mm PVC pond liner is a homogeneous plastic sealing membrane based on plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-P). It is very well suited for sealing ponds, natural swimming pools and water basins.
Due to its excellent properties, we offer a 10-year material warranty on PVC pond liners with a thickness of 1.0mm, 1.5mm or 2.0mm.
The material is resistant to roots and microorganisms and has a high resistance to aging. The plasticizers are UV-stabilized and DEHP-free.
We use plastic sealing membranes as the base layer for our pond liner.

We join these 2m wide strips for you using an automatic hot wedge welding process to the width and length you require.
Here's how to enter your measurements:
• Please select from the different pond liner widths in the "Width" field above and then enter your required "Length" (min. 1).

• From 4 m width with weld seam after 2 m
• Length tolerance: +/- 1%

Application limitation:
• Not resistant to bitumen
• Liquids with a constant temperature above 30°C
• Sikaplan WP 5140-10H is not suitable for storing wastewater or process water.

Surface preparation:
• Concrete: MUST be clean and dry, free of burrs, gravel nests, dust and loose parts, with protective fleece weighing at least 300 g/m² .
• Soil: The subsoil must be compacted and free of broken rock. The ground surface should have a slight slope (>4%).
A 5 cm thick layer of fine gravel (0 < 4 mm) with protective fleece weighing at least 300 g/m2 must be placed under the sealing membrane.
